Nestled in the peaceful heart of Valtellina, our farmhouse in Caiolo is just 4 km from Sondrio, right in the middle of Orobie Park, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Here, you can unwind in a modern yet cozy space, surrounded by nature. Our property is housed in a beautifully restored farmhouse, where tradition meets minimalist design, offering stunning views of the Alps and the valley below. 

The property is located near the Sentiero Valtellina, a trail that runs alongside the Adda River, and close to other attractions such as the Golf Club, a small airfield, rafting spots, and much more... 

We serve delicious breakfasts with fresh, locally-sourced products, and by reservation, you can enjoy tastings a selection of locally sourced cured meats and cheeses, paired with our Rosso Valtellina, made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in our vineyards. 

We offer ten unique rooms, each one designed with beautiful natural materials, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.
